1-     CLAMP models

Ferrules types
Clamp Ferrule

Long CLAMP ferrule for welding
| model 8003 - (ASME BPE : DT-4.1.4-1)
CLAMP ferrule for welding
| model 8004 - (ASME BPE : DT-4.1.4-1)

These two ferrule types can be orbital welded as they have sufficiently long welding sections. These parts are available in diameters from 1/4" to 4" included. Their thickness varies between 0.89 and 2.11mm depending on their diameter.

Short CLAMP ferrule for welding
| model 8005 - (ASME BPE : DT-4.1.4-1)
On the other hand, short ferrules should be welded manually. These parts are available in diameters from 1/4" to 4" included, their thickness varies between 0.89 and 2.11mm depending on their diameter.

Articulated CLAMP collars
pivot clamp

TThe objective of this type of collar is to reduce product retention. They also have full wing handles to make sure that there are not any areas that are difficult to clean.

Double articulated collars also exist, they are even easier to use and fit extremely well around the outside of ferrules.
-     Double pivot Clamp
| model 8001
-     Simple pivot Clamp
| model 8002

Bolted HP CLAMP collar | model 63445
Bolted HP CLAMP collar - Béné inox

This type of collar has two brass clamp nuts to make sure that all ptightening forces are perfectly spread out through it.
This keeps the two ferrule faces in parallel and means that this collar can withstand higher pressures than standard collars.
Depending on the collar's diameter it can withstand a maximum nominal pressure of up to 83 bars.
The clamp nuts are made from brass to avoid the risk of seizing.

CLAMP T with short sleeve | model 8024 - (ASME BPE: DT-4.1.2-5)
Clamp tee short sleeve - béné inox

This T has 3 ends that can be connected with CLAMP connectors. Its central end is shorter so that it takes up less space making it easier to assemble on to certain pieces of equipment. Model DT-4.1.2-5 complies with the ASME BPE standard.

Forged CLAMP reducers
Forged CLAMP reducers

Forging is used to produce high quality parts which are more resistant than parts which are made through pressing or moulding processes.

We sell the following forged products :
-     Forged concentric CLAMP reducer
| model 8045 - (ASME BPE : DT-4.1.3-3)
-     Forged eccentric CLAMP reducer
| model 8055 - (ASME BPE : DT-4.1.3-3)

2-     Parts for welding
Welding pieces - Béné inox

88° elbow for welding
| model 8018
This elbow is available in diameters from 1.2" to 4" included. Its thickness varies between 1.65 and 2.11mm depending on its diameter.

92° elbow for welding
| model 8035
Like the 88° elbow, this model is proposed in diameters from 1/2" to 4" included. Its thickness also varies between 1.65 and 2.11mm depending on its diameter.

With their 88° and 92° bends, these two elbows can be used to facilitate natural fluid flow in piping systems. The following formula can be used to calculate an elbow's size:
     -     Vertical element : Lv = L
     -     Horizontal element : Lh = (L/cos(2°)) + (L.tan(2°))

3-     Gaskets

ASME BPE Clamp gasket | model 8010
ASME BPE Clamp gasket

The ASME BPE Clamp gasket is available in EPDM, PTFE, FKM and platinum silicon.
The platinum silicone gasket is platinum hardened. Platinum is a neutral metal so it will not transfer any volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to the gasket or release these into the fluids that are transported through it.

4-     Pipes

ASME BPE pipes | model 8080
ASME BPE pipe

This pipe is made of 316L stainless steel UNS S31603. It is extruded and seamless and available in 6m lengths for all dimensions below 1".
For dimensions above 1'' it is rolled/welded and available in 6.1m lengths.
This pipe is available in diameters from 1/4" to 4" included, it has a thickness from 0.89 to 2.11mm depending on its diameter.

5-     Tank Accessories
Tanks Accessories

     -     Front-flush aseptic flange
| model 8006
A front-flush aseptic flange can be welded onto a tank so that you can connect removable, easy to use and hygienic CLAMP connectors to it.
This makes it possible to connect the following products :

     -     Sampling cock
| model 8078
This type of valve can be connected onto a front-flush aseptic flange.
It can be used to take samples after being connected through a simple CLAMP connector or welding.
It has two outlets so it can be cleaned easily without contaminating the liquid that is stored in the tank. Our sampling cocks are available with PFTE or EPDM gaskets.

     -     Empty stainless steel pressure gauge with diaphragm seal separator
| model 7319
This model is certified by the FDA and is specifically design for use in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.

This pressure gauge includes a CLAMP ferrule and a stainless steel diaphragm seal separator.

Its stainless steel diaphragm seal separator protects this pressure gauge if the expected pressure levels are exceeded .
It is easy to carry out maintenance on the separator and it can be placed in direct contact with a fluid to measure pressure levels.

     -     Manual tank bottom diaphragm valve for butt welding (BW)
| model 8075

This valve has been designed to facilitate fluid flow , it is installed at the lowest point of a tank.
It makes it easy to empty a tank while avoiding any retention zones, making the tank easier to clean .
However, the valve itself cannot be connected to the tank via a front-flush aseptic flange, it must be welded to the bottom of the tank.

6-     Complementary products for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries

Cleaning nozzles
cleaning nozzles

You can complete your installations by adding cleaning nozzles for tank cleaning processes.
You can choose the ideal nozzle for your tank by taking into account the degree of soiling you expect.
