Complementary to the valve range , here is few exemples of models.
Filters
The Y flaged filter can be used in ATEX II 2 GD areas . Its operating temperature is between -25°C and
+180°C.
The maintenance can be easily operated thanks to a cleansing plug and a cap which allow the removing, and the cleaning of the filtering element.
This one can also adapt its mesh. The available models are available depending on the threading needed : the model 58813 (BSP) and the model 58815 (NPT) .
Thus they can be assembled on " vannes boisseau sphériques " equipped with the same outlet.
Y flanged filter (model 58829), has the same features, and be usable in ATEX areas .
However, its flanged outlets are particularly fit for dimensions (until DN 200), and butterfly valves' fittings.
Meshes are available on-demand.
Safety valves
Safety valves are controlling elements that make safe an installation .
The setting pressure is to be defined beforehand with our business department and we need to know your conditions of use to propose you the optimal product.
Depending on your environment, here are the different models :
- Liquid and gas (model 58914)
- Powder or dust (model 58920)
- Liquid, gas and steam (model 58917)
- Air et neutral gas (model 58912)
Gaskets
We have many spare parts available, which ensure the maintenance of your process thanks to our large stocking capacity.
The gasket for butterfly valve EPDM ACS (model 58441), can replace only the damaged gasket and not the whole valve.
The other material available are :
- Food grade silicone gasket (model 58444) attached the CE 1935/2004 certification
- NBR gasket (model 58442)
- FKM gasket (model 58443)
Spring-loaded check valve
The check valve (model 58713) is a key element in processes. It avoids the fluid go the wrong way around in networks.
Designed for NP 63, this product is solid and reliable. The maximal temperature of operation is +180°C.
The model 58713 (BSP or NPT ISO 7/1) is available following the ATEX II 2GD norm . Another model available : 58715 (NPT)
